Owner/Inspector
Neil has been in the Real Estate industry in multiple areas for 20 years. From flipping homes to being a landlord, to buying a selling investments, he understands all aspects of the real estate process including how important the inspection is. From the school of hard knocks, Neil has dialed in these decades of construction and management experience to one of the most important milestones in a transaction.
Shane Martin
Inspector
Shane had spent 18 years working in the construction industry for Wilhelm construction, one of the most prominent construction companies in Indianapolis. This background in construction and construction management lends itself perfectly to a detail oriented inspection. Rest assured that these decades of experience inspecting other works make for one of the most thorough inspections you can have.
Our Process
Our process is all automated from scheduling, to payment process, to report delivery. We utilize technology to speed up our process and deliver reports to you quickly and effectively. Our online booking process is completely tied into our inspectors schedules which avoids double booking or scheduling conflicts. According to some of our loyal Realtor friends, our reports are some of the best written and easiest to follow in the industry.
